Re: The anti-vegan diet

I had a cousin who was put on a diet of 2000 calories per day and he figured out he could drink a fifth of whisky and eat a peanut butter sandwich and still be under the limit. There was also talk of a 12 pack of michelob light and a chick-fil-a combo meal being just under the limit as well but I never checked his numbers. He didn't lose much weight.

Keep up the good work.

I want controlled weigh-ins, not this random bs. Same time of day every week, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

I always weigh in on Monday, usually after dinner. This time I did it because of time issues.

Still look fat though. My face has become leaner, barely though. I think it is hard to notice. Though I never carried a lot of fat there. I tried on my fishing hat, it was a tiny bit smaller, needed to adjust it a tiny bit.
