I love BlatherVortex

I'm so happy that after the other BV went down, Meurs started this up for us. It's been so cool to keep in touch over this forum with everyone. It's one of my very favorite internet sites

Hmm... Probably about that... I'm gonna start up on a UO private shard again maybe, I swear.. I try all these new MMOs, and all I want is UO. People claim DF is great, but I don't feel like playing a Euro server... plus there's mixed reviews on the pvp. I want a large brick made to look into a bar.

It's shocking how much more advanced UO is than most games and how bad they made it trying to dumb it down to be more popular.

There are no individuals in WoW. It's That Pally or This Death Knight.

In UO it was the dude with NEON GREEN HAIR of OGD.

In retrospect the obvious move for UO was to become more like itself, not like EQ or WoW.

PS haze deserves more credit for BV 2.0. He's done an assload, esp with the look and feel and bells/whistles.
